由於不動產從產製到銷售的流程多元且複雜，不動產的產品又具備多樣化，所以希望修習本科目前，能對不動產開發具備初步的了解，本課程將教授不動產行銷有關的各種工具與理論，並以實際案例呈現這些理論工具的應用，使同學在本課程學習學術與實務應用之多元知識。
Since the process from production to sales of real estate is diversified and complex, and the products of real estate are diversified, I hope to have a preliminary understanding of real estate development before taking this course. This course will teach various tools and theories related to real estate marketing. It also presents the application of these theoretical tools with actual cases, so that students can learn the diverse knowledge of academic and practical applications in this course.
