本課程將介紹服務業管理實際應用的理論與過程,包括指出提供優質顧客服務的重要性,顧客及機構對服務水平的期望,描述重視和忽略顧客服務的結果,指出塑造服務業管理專業形象的方法,指出適當處理顧客投訴的方法。 本課程將協助學習者對服務業管理相關概念、理論與應用技巧有一全盤認識,並以個案研討與交互討論方式讓學習者對服務業管理產生高度興趣。
This course will introduce the theories and process of service-oriented industrial management in practice , including the importance of service-oriented industrial management, the expectation of organization and customer, the different results of emphasis and ignorance of service-oriented industrial management, the methods in building the professional image of service-oriented industrial management, how to resolve the complain of customer.
