內容

課程概述

本課程將介紹衝突管理實際應用的理論、模型、與過程,包括衝突的原因、衝突的代價、衝突的好處、衝突管理的解決模式、解決衝突應具備的能力、職場上的衝突類型、生活上的衝突類型各個層面，及其他相關研究，本課程將協助學習者對衝突管理相關概念、理論與應用技巧有一全盤認識，並以個案研討與交互討論方式讓學習者對衝突管理產生高度興趣進而達到學以致用的目的。

This course will introduce the theories , models , and process of conflict management in practice , including the causes of conflict, the drawbacks of conflict, the benefits of conflict, the solving model of conflict, the capacity of conflict, the types of conflict in workplace, the types of conflict in private life. We wish to help learners to understand the concept, theory and application technique of conflict management, we will try to induce the interest of learners of conflict management by case study and mutual discussion to reach the ideal goal of “To learn and to practice”.

授課內容

本課程介紹衝突管理理論與概念，包括衝突管理功能、衝突管理環境分析、衝突計畫、衝突方式、衝突禁忌等管理功能，並讓學習者瞭解衝突管理 的整體的概念，並藉由個案之探討，本課程將鼓勵學生將衝突理論運用於企業經營實境中。
