內容

課程概述

本課程旨在介紹全球化與社會福利之關聯，運用時事新聞與實際案例，介紹社會企業之運作。另一方面，本課程針對社會新鮮人面對全球化挑戰，探討生涯選擇過程，由微觀及宏觀角度以盤點個人資源、發掘潛能與規劃未來。思考初次謀職者的履歷、面試等議題，並介紹全球職場趨勢資源及挑戰。

This course tries to explain the connection between globalization and social welfare, and introduce social enterprises in our daily life. We also aim to encourage students to find their strengths and passion devoted themselves to career.

授課內容

透過時事案例之分享，介紹全球化與社會福利的關係，特別是社會企業的經營。此外，也協助學生檢視自己的特質與人群服務的關聯。
