內容

課程概述

教育政策存在於每個人生活之中,例如:12年國民基本教育、大學社會責任實踐計畫、聯合國永續發展教育十年計畫等。永續發展教育必須依賴教育政策予以落實,然而,教育政策規畫與實踐之間往往存在落差,也存在諸多政策弔詭。所以,本課程主要目的為引導不同科系專業的修課同學都能瞭解教育政策的基本概念及制訂過程,並能掌握教育政策分析的原理與方法,針對當前永續發展教育相關政策進行分析、討論與反思;最後,則培養學生具有評析永續發展教育政策實踐的反思能力,並擁有關注永續發展教育事務的熱情及責任感

Education policies exist in everyone’s life, for instance, 12-year Basic Education, University Social Responsibility Project,United Nations Decade of Education for Sustainable Development (DESD,2005-2014)」. Education for sustainable development(ESD)

 depends on the implementation of education policies.However, there is often a gap between education policy planning and practice; and also have many policy paradoxes. Therefore, the main purpose of this course is to guide students from different majors to understand the basic concepts and formulation process of education policies; and be able to master the principles and methods of education policy analysis; and further to be capable to analyze, discuss and reflect on policies related to Education for Sustainable Development. Finally, this course aims to  develop students' reflective skills in analysing ESD policies in practice, and to develop a passion and sense of responsibility for ESD.

授課內容

除了講授永續發展相關概念及歷史脈絡外,並介紹國內外永續發展教育的推動情形,此外,也會融入各項永續發展教育主題及案例的探討及小組討論;另外,也會說明教育政策分析的基本原理與方法,並透過案例討論,實際引導學生系統性分析永續發展教育政策實踐情形,並進行反思,以期達成本課程的教學目標內涵。
