課程概述

企業永續治理包含有環境、社會責任與公司治理，永續報告書中反映出企業對環境永續的持續努力，內容涉及了公司價值、氣候變遷中公司風險、相關國際協定與碳目標；課程由全球環境、溫室氣體變化、國際協議、永續治理概念與報告書格式等，並以國內外相關永續報告書為例，讓學生相互討論，並了解監管機制。
