課程概述

「文化創意」是一個曖昧的概念,一方面源於文化概念本身的複雜性,一方面因施加於多樣且複雜的人類活動上,如社區營造、文化行動、設計美學等,使得文化創意活動和文創產業多重難辨且模糊。然而,文化創意是地方創生之根本與策略,藉由盤點各地「地、產、人」的特色資源,以「創意、創新、創業、創生」的策略規劃,幫助地方結合當地產業特色及人文風情,開拓地方深具特色的產業資源,發展合適的特色產業及生活圈,逐步活化地方,為地方再創一次生機。本課程以三芝為實務場域,引導修課同學實地蒐集三芝地方文化素材,進而完成三芝各類主題文創方案與文創產品。

“Cultural creativity” is an ambiguous concept, stemming partly from the complexity of culture concepts themselves, and partly from being applied to diverse human activities such as community building, cultural initiatives, and design aesthetics, etc.. These make cultural creative activities and relevant creative industries difficult to distinguish and blur. However, cultural creativity is fundamental to local revitalization. By taking stock of the resources of 'land, products, and people' in various places and planning with the strategies of 'creativity, innovation, and regeneration,' it helps localities integrate local industrial characteristics and humanistic sentiments, explore distinctive local industrial resources, and then revitalize localities. This course is based in Sanzhi, guiding students to collect local cultural materials in Sanzhi and complete various themed cultural and creative proposals and products.

授課內容

本課程藉由文化創意基本概念,進一步結合地方創生議題和實作發想,來探究或思考三芝地區的各種文化特色,如在地特色食農教育、三芝石滬、桐花生態等。同時,課程中亦藉由合作學習與實作之導引,進一步培養學生主動去瞭解有關三芝地區的人文風情或文化研究、規劃等研擬之相關知識和技能,以進行地方文化行銷與經營,希冀學生除理論之學習外,也可動手實際以生活出發,以「地方本位」和「永續」為本,設身處地去探問地方文化特色與相關議題,同時也嘗試去計畫或設計一個能將地方文化發揚光大的線上平台。
