內容

課程概述

 勞動問題中人力資源規劃及人力資本形成一直是一重要課題,本系與國內其他各人力資源管理學系最大之不同即在於本系研究人力資源發展涵蓋總體經濟及社會層面之探討,而本課程為二年級同學開展此專業領域之視野。深入研究人才培育之教育心理、訓練規劃、生活與工作平衡之課題,並且對於相關人本教育做一系統整理及教學,裝備同學日後研究勞動問題能有完整全人發展之概念。同時,根本解決就業問題必須要有良好的人格適性的配套,換言之,成功的導入生涯指南的人力發展教育是增加同學就業力的重要因素。

當前國內教育失衡,大學畢業學生與企業人才需求嚴重脫節,如何引導同學做好自我認識與教育提升是目前國內勞動、勞工及人資系所當亟力投入的迫切課題。本課程開設於當前國家政策所亟需之時,盼能協助同學發展自己並做好職涯規劃為目標。

Human resource planning and human capital formation have always been important topics in labor issues. The biggest difference in this course design is that the course will covers the humanistic thinking, and this course develop in-depth study of the educational psychology, training planning, and life-work balance of talent cultivation, and systematic organization and teaching of related humanistic education to equip students with a complete concept of whole-person development when studying labor issues in the future. At the same time, to fundamentally solve the employment problem, we must have good personality suitability. In other words, the successful introduction of human development education in career guides is an important factor in increasing students' employability.

There is currently an imbalance in domestic education, and there is a serious disconnect between college graduates and the talent needs of enterprises. How to guide students to achieve self-understanding and educational improvement is an urgent issue that domestic labor, labor and human resources departments are urgently investing in. This course was launched at a time when current national policies are urgently needed, with the goal of assisting students in developing themselves and planning their careers.
