課程概述

從電影的故事如何觀看與反思心理與人生,後現代取向的敘說心理學認為人或生命即是敘事(故事),故事做為反映生命的文本,可以從中獲得許多理解與頓悟。本課程透過觀看與心理重要議題相關之電影,並撰寫反思心得以及團體討論,使學生擴增對內在心理與生命更多覺察與反思。

This course delves into the intersection of movies, psychology, and life, examining how the stories depicted in films can be a lens for understanding and reflecting on the complexities of the human mind and existence. Grounded in the postmodern perspective that views individuals and life as narratives (stories), this course explores the idea that stories serve as texts reflecting life, providing insights and moments of enlightenment. Through the analysis of films addressing crucial psychological themes, students will engage in reflective writing and group discussions, aiming to enhance their awareness and reflection on the inner workings of the mind and the nuances of life.

涵蓋心理學相關重要主題,包括︰生涯選擇與發展、創傷與復原、死亡與生命意義、生命困境與韌性、性別與社會正義、心理疾病、弱勢群體與社會結構、夢想與自我實現等。
