近來國際經濟整合加速，而全球餐旅產業之經營管理均有諸多潛在議題，例如：物價與房租不斷上漲、環保意識的抬頭、員工流動率偏高、基層人力普遍缺乏等；隨著餐飲業的演變過程及其未來的多元發展，故針對相關永續發展與環境保護理念加以評析，以其提升學習者思考滿足現代餐旅產業可持續發展之策略。
- To equip learner with understanding the concept of green hotels and their significance in the hospitality industry.
- To explicate learners to familiarize with green technologies and innovations, including energy conservation, water resource management, and waste reduction.; to establish learners with understanding of green certification systems and understand how to obtain and maintain certification.
To understand the relationship between green hotels and social responsibility, promoting social sustainability; as well as formulating innovative ideas for green hotel management. |
