內容

課程概述

本課程旨在介紹一般性的法律觀念，增進法律常識素養。一方面，培養同學們識讀相關資訊的能力，使能跟上其他人對於法律問題的討論或解說；另一方面，也提供基本的管道與方法，讓同學們日後有興趣或有需求時，能夠繼續精進學習。本課程在歷年的教學意見調查中屢獲學生肯定，期待能繼續提供對法律有興趣的同學一個入門的踏腳石。

The course aims to introduce general legal concepts and enhance legal knowledge. On the one hand, the course cultivates students' ability to read relevant information so that they can keep up with other people's discussions or explanations on legal issues. On the other hand, the course also provides basic channels and methods for students to use when they are interested or need it in the future, enhancing their ability to continuous learning. This course has been repeatedly recognized by students in the teaching opinion surveys over the years, and we look forward to continuing to provide a stepping stone for students who are interested in law.

授課內容

包括法條怎麼讀、去哪裡查法律資料、如何獲取法律科普資訊、尋求法律諮詢或協助的管道、一般法典的體例結構、實定法的規範階層（法律vs.命令、中央法規vs.地方法規）、實體與程序的區分、民事刑事行政等法領域的分工與競合、及各自的法院體系…等，並穿插介紹一些生活中常遇到的法律議題與觀念常識。進度規劃乃由淺入深，從怎麼辨認、查找法規開始，到解釋、適用條文的基本技術，及具體的事例與相關知識，均會涉獵。
