課程概述

韓非子是集先秦法家法、勢、術三派之大成者，其著作《韓非子》一書，更是亂世中的曠世鉅作。韓非子站在國家統治者的角度，論辨國家領導者如何利用賞、罰及法、勢、術等謀略，來統御領導臣民。書中除了學理的闡述外，還添加許多故事來與學理相印證。著名的如：三人成虎、濫竽充數、郢書燕說、自相矛盾、曾子殺彘、狗吠楊布、畫鬼最易、不死之藥……，都是膾炙人口、流傳兩千多年的經典故事。所以，《韓非子》一書被現代學者尊崇為「君王經國策」、「帝王學」。若將韓非子的思想轉化到現代，也將例用各類新聞事件與韓非子的謀略相結合，探討現代人可以如何運用韓非子的謀略來處理人際關係，來領導下屬，以完成各項任務。
