內容

課程概述

本課程將使用大量與生物學知識相關的媒體報導案例為題材，幫助學生透過已知的基礎生物學知識去判斷這些報導的正確性與真實性。而主要的內涵有，包括讓學生1.對生物學與我們生活上的關係有基本了解。2. 在閱讀各種報導時能夠進行批判性的思考。3. 學習如何透過網路搜尋到正確的資訊。

This course will cite many news reports with biological knowledge from different types of media, in order to help students to judge correctness and reality of these news reports by applying for known biology knowledge. The purposes of this course are to 1) provide students with a basic understanding of the relationship between biology and human welfare 2) enable students to have critical thinking skills when reading different types of news reports 3) enable students to learn how to search for correct information on the Internet.

教師收集各類新聞報導教授搭配基礎生物學知識的學習，會發放課堂筆記，學生依據上課內容整理與思考課程內容。
