內容

課程概述

本課程將先探討戀愛的本質及可能發生的現象及糾葛。同時提出實際案例供同學們從不同層面分享觀點與經驗並交流意見。此外，亦會探討相關之法律問題，並輔以實際案例說明，使同學們瞭解戀愛過程中可能涉及的法律問題，以避免誤導法網，留下憾事！

This course will discuss the nature of fall in love first and the possible situation and dispute may happened. Meanwhile, it will also provide real cases for students to share their view and experience from the different perspectives. Besides, it will also explore the related legal questions by providing some explanation of real cases. Hopefully the students enrolled in this course can learn the possible legal issue involved in the procedure of falling in love and to avoid the violation of law.

1.分週進行不同主題的討論，並結合新聞時事。

2.同學分組報告實際案例發生之原因及如何解決。

3.進行互動式的問題探討及繳交期末報告。
