內容

課程概述

本課程探討員工訓練領域，例如：需求分析、學習理論、訓練轉移、訓練評估、訓練方法與生涯管理等。另外包含熱門話題，例如TTQS、企業大學、職能、學習管理系統、知識管理與數位學習等均涵蓋其中，每一章節皆包括最新的學術研究與公司實務。

The course base on employee training area, including training need analysis, learning theories, training transfer, training evaluation, training method and career management. Also reflects the latest " hot topics" in the area of training. Some of the new topics discussed in this class are TTQS, corporate universities, competencies, learning management systems, knowledge management and e-learning. Each chapter contains the most recent academic research findings and company practices.
