課程概述

本課程設計利用全球化理論與研究實例來說明勞動者所面臨的全球化情境，並同時以台灣勞動市場為例，探討下列議題：

一．國家與治理：對本地勞動者應採取開放還是保護？

二．國家與治理：當公民成為移工。

三．全球化下超越國家力量的安全與公平勞動條件。

This course is designed to illustrate the globalized situation that laborers faced by using globalization theory and research reports. And at the same time, the Taiwan labor market is taken as an example to discuss the following topics:

1. State and Governance: should the local labor market be open or protected?

2. State and Governance: when citizens become a foreign workers.

3. The global security and fair working standards beyond the power of the state.
