課程概述

本課程”就業安全”，係以就業安全制度定義及相關意涵、就業安全制度相關理論及概念、我國就業安全制度相關政策及法令、相關國家就業安全規範與現況、就業問題種類與特性、就業問題與政策的研究方法、就業問題與政策思考相關議題等內容，進行研討與評估、研究，以建立學生對就業安全制度相關內涵的深度與廣度理解力，進而在未來職場上，能有效地運用，增強其在此領域之規劃力、專業力與執行力，為企業組織、勞資雙方、社會及個人，倡議及提供發展工作與家庭生活平衡之目標，進而培養自我職場優勢競爭力與優質人文社會科學素養。
