內容

課程概述

各種勞動法規之落實執行與否，端賴勞動檢查之推行情況而定，勞工問題之正視與尋求解決也必須從勞動檢查來努力。修習本課程可使學生瞭解勞動行政機關為貫徹勞動法令之執行、維護勞雇雙方權益，針對事業單位所實施之勞動檢查法規及措施。

The implementation of labor acts and regulations depends on the implementation of labor inspection, the labor problem must also be resolved from labor inspection. This course will enable students to understand the labor inspection regulations and measures for the enforcement of labor acts and regulations to protect the rights and interests of both employers and employees by labor administration.

授課內容

本課程將介紹勞動檢查之意義、勞動檢查之政策及相關法規、勞動檢查方針、現有之各項勞動檢查措施，另一方面就受檢事業單位之權利義務關係作一探討、包括受檢時之對應作為、檢查缺失之改善、自主檢查之實施、檢查爭議之處理及相關行政救濟措施之採行等。
