課程概述

「下流老人」是日本最新出現的名詞，顧名思義，是無法安逸度日，被迫過著「下流」（中下階層）生活的老人，且有越來越多的趨勢！這名詞沒有歧視意謂，而是在於說明高齡者的貧窮生活，以及潛藏在背後問題。台灣將於2018年正邁入高齡社會，老人人口比例超過14%，希望同學正視與瞭解此一社會趨勢。

「Low-Down Elderly」is a new vocabulary in Japan in 2016. This vocabulary does not have discrimination meaning. It means an aging society need pay more attention for this new issues. Taiwan’s elderly population will reach to 14% in 2018, this course will encourage students to understand and find tactic for this issues.

因應已發展國家進入高齡社會，將從醫療、年金與長期照顧三大面向討論老年生活所需的準備。
