課程概述 |
本課程將透過不同文化及時空背景的電影、紀錄片、網站等介紹各種社會倡議的主題、社會倡議的概念、社會倡議與社會福利發展的關係,並透過學生的作業與報告進行討論,期待引發不同學科背景同學對於社會議題的興趣。 This course introduce theoretical concepts of social advocacy actions and movements, and the examples of the world such as Occupy Wall Street of 2011- in the U.S. This course also examine the relationships of a series of social advocacy and the development of social welfare system in Taiwan. It also provides fundamental information on the social advocacy and social movement which helps to ground students for future related classes at the advanced level. Through several documentaries and movies, students are required to pay attention to social advocacy issues internationally. In the end of semester, students are expected to present final reports with group members to demonstrate their depth understanding of one social advocacy action or social movement. |

本課程將要求同學閱讀David Graeber針對華爾街運動書寫的書籍作為課程用書與藍本,再穿插相關影片或紀錄片,課程主軸將圍繞社會倡議的源起、行動的可能性、社會倡議如何透過新舊媒體等資源達到改變,以及這些行動如何改變社會福利等社會制度等主題。 |
