內容

課程概述

公共政策的良莠，對於政府解決問題有很大的影響，同時也是公務員的必要養成，本課程分別從公共政策的基礎概念談起，了解公共政策的模型、過程，進而分析政策的形成與制定，以及政策制定之後如何執行與評估。

Understanding public policies is important for civil servants and government to solve citizens’ problem. The main purpose of this lecture is to let students understand meaning of public policy, including policy process, planning and agenda-setting, discourse, decision-making, implementation, tools, marketing and evaluation.

授課內容

主要由老師採取多元教學，配合PPT、時事、課本與課堂上對於相關公共政策的反思等，協助同學了解公共政策，並希望同學依據主題進行報告，以了解其政策制定的過程。
