課程概述

本課程主要目的是討論政府與媒體的關係，例如政府如何應用媒體、媒體又如何監督政府以及政治人物。本課程亦會從比較的觀點介紹外國的相關實例。

The main purpose of this lesson is to discuss the relation between government and media, such as, how the government use media and how media supervise the government and politicians. This lesson introduces some foreign cases from comparative viewpoints.

授課內容

在媒體發達的今日，不只人民的生活方式，政府的政策與政治活動，都脫不了媒體的影響。政府與政治人物利用媒體達成自己的政策目標與政治目的，同時地媒體也監督著政府與政治人物並提供民眾公共議題訊息。政府與媒體呈現難以分割關係，而本課程正是探討兩者的互動關係。
