課程概述

食安問題頻傳,消費者除了應該自我提升食品衛生與安全的知識,也可以為自己的食品安全把關,本課程教導同學利用簡易的化學藥品和試劑,檢驗食品中的不當殘留物質。

Food safety problems occur frequently. Consumers should increase not only their food hygiene knowledge, but also food safety check. This course teaches students to use simple chemicals and reagents to test for improper residues in food.
