內容

課程概述

課程將(1)介紹新健康飲食的概念。(2)介紹均衡飲食的重要性,如何均衡飲食,怎樣才能吃出健康。(3)介紹2017年台灣最新「每日飲食指南」與「飲食指標」,作為健康飲食的原則。(4)探討營養素和生理特性對身體的保健與藉由生活形態的修飾,以達"更健康的你"。(5)探討什麼樣的機能性食品對人體真正有益,機能性食品與防癌、增進記憶、減肥,食品安全管理等相關問題。藉由此課程增加營養與健康的知識,並能應用至日常生活中,吃得更營養與健康。最後完成飲食紀錄作業。

This course will (1) introduce the concept of a new healthy diet. (2) introduce the importance of a balanced diet, how to balance the diet, how to eat healthy.( 3) introduce the latest "Daily Food Guide" and "Dietary Guidelines" in Taiwan-2017 as the principle of a healthy diet. (4) to explore the role of nutrients and physiological characteristics of the body's health, and through the lifestyle modification to "more healthy you". (5) to explore what kind of functional food is really beneficial to the human body, such as cancer prevention, improve memory, weight loss, food safety management and other related issues. Through this course to enhance nutrition and health knowledge, and can be applied to daily life, eat nutritionally and healthy. Finally, to do the self- dietary record.
