課程概述 |
本課程在使同學了解基本食品安全,以應用於日常生活保健。授課內容涵蓋日常生活之中毒事件,如細菌性、動物性、植物性,加工過程產生之毒物,各種保存方式與食品安全之關係等。 The purpose of this course is to let the student understand the basic food safety for living healthy. The course including different food poison event such as bacteria, animal and plant cause event, toxic producing during food process, different food preservative method and the relationship with food safety. |
