內容

課程概述

本課程將針對(1)疾病與營養素代謝異常之關聯性、(2)如何藉由飲食與營養素之調整以減輕疾病所造成之代謝異常等內容作為課程內容設計。

Introduction of nutrient metabolism in the body and the relationship between diet and diseases as well as nutritional therapy of various diseases.

授課內容

讓學生了解與具備基本的膳食療養學知識，針對各種疾病狀況，了解其相對應的正確的飲食內容。
