內容

課程概述

本課程之目的，在依據畜牧學的基本知識及原理，從影片、幻燈片及實際操作中，瞭解動物科學的基本概念。內容包括：乳牛、豬、家禽、乳用羊、馬等各類禽畜及貓、犬、兔等伴侶動物介紹、基本飼養管理方法及畜產品利用等。

The objective of this course is to understand the concepts of animal science. Students can learn knowledge and principles of animal husbandry through videos, slides and discussions. Contents include: introduction of domestic animals such as dairy cattle, pigs, poultry, dairy goat and horses; companion animals such as cats, dogs and rabbits; basic feeding and management methods of animals, and utilization of livestock products.

使修課同學能充分瞭解動物科學的基本概念。使同學了解生命認識動物，並能進一步愛護珍惜。
