內容

課程概述

科技包含了各種科學與技術，範圍十分廣泛，本課程挑選了與學生生活相關的材料與化工科技，帶領學生認識這些在生活中密切相關的科技知識。除了簡單介紹各領域科技在生活中各種常見事物的關聯與應用之外，也對各類科技應用的發展歷史做一整理回顧，並對科技帶來的方便性，與生態環境正面與負面的影響進行探討。

Technology includes different kinds of science and skill; it is a wide range of courses. In this course, life-related materials and chemical technology were selected, to lead students to understand these life is closely related to the scientific and technological knowledge. 授課內容

1.     科技的本質：內容包含科技的涵意、科技的演進、台灣科技發展現況、科技的衝擊。

2.     生物與奈米科技：內容包含3D列印、生物科技、奈米科技。

3.     食品與美容科技：內容包含基因改造農業、台灣有機農業的發展、美容保養品、保健食品。

4.      科技與法律：內容包含生物科技與法律、智慧財產權、食品安全、科技與環境之永續發展。
