課程概述

本課程包括Excel統計圖表製作、資料分析、與程式設計。 Excel是一套簡單易學的圖表製作及統計分析軟體，是行政、研究助理、老師、會計、業務或行銷人員，亦或是個人的理財投資，不可不學之文書軟體之一。課程中說明如何製作精美的統計圖表及精確地進行數據統計與資料分析，不需要資訊系統或撰寫程式，Excel軟體便可以快速又輕鬆的建立統計報表、圖表及進行資料分析。本課程由淺入深，教導如何正確地使用Excel，從工作表建立、資料輸入、格式設定、圖表製作、函數應用到簡易VBA設計，如簡易VB指令，副程式，資料結構等。

This class contains introductions to Excel statistical graph, data analysis, and VBA program design. Excel is a popular application, which is useful in many communities including personal usages. In this class, the teacher will first show that to build elegant and beautiful statistical graph, perform data statistics, and perform data analysis all could be easily accomplished by using Excel. We could use it well without complex training (such as program design). Also, we could write programs and runs the program using Excel (the VBA program). In concern with the teaching procedure of this class, the teacher will firstly teach how to correctly use Excel, which including sheet construction, data input, format setting, building graph, and so on. Then, the teacher teaches functions and related mathematics and statistics. Finally the teacher teaches easy VBA program design, including VB program instructions, functions, subroutines, simple data structures, and so on.
