課程概述

這門課程的內容,包括介紹全球商業情境、企業倫理和社會責任、創業和所有權、企業組織結構、生產管理和品質、行銷程序與消費者行為、定價、配銷和產品廣宣。此外,學生們將學習ICT和人工智慧所輔助的各種最佳實務,均是由成功電子商務公司傑出經理人所提供的方法。例如,電子商務營業模式與管理流程實務、電腦輔助產品製造、全球及在地物流、e-化客戶服務、e-化行銷與廣宣等最佳實務。

The contents of this course include introduction of the global business context, business ethics and social responsibility, entrepreneurship and ownership, organizational structure of business, operations management and quality, marketingprocesses and consumer behavior, pricing, distributing, and promoting products. In addition, students will learn various best practices in terms of ICT and AI added in business model, management processes, computer added manufacturing and global as well as domestic logistics practices, e-customers services, e-marketing and promotion approaches provided by outstanding managers from successful e-commerce companies.
