內容

課程概述

本課程之內容,包含零售基本概念(零售之本質與發展)、零售規劃技巧(零售策略與零售研究、零售地點選擇)、零售機構之管理(零售管理、零售人力資源管理、零售機構之財務管理)、零售之行銷組合(店面設計、商品採購與管理策略、零售定價、零售促銷),以及零售未來發展趨勢、應用與分析能力(如網路或行動商鋪、無人商店、全通路零售、人工智慧應用、顧客關係管理系統及客製化應用),透過課堂講授與討論,使學生瞭解零售之內涵與發展趨勢。

Course objectives include understanding the sales fundamental concepts (i.e., the essential and development of sales), sales planning skills (i.e., the strategies and researches of sales, location choice), store management (i.e., the management, human resource and finance of sales), marketing mix of sales (i.e., store design, purchasing, pricing, promotion), and the future development trends, applies, and analyses of sales (e.g., Internet or mobile commerce, self-service store, omni-channel retailing, AI, CRM and customized applications). Students learn to understand the contents and development trends of sales through an interactive discussion on throughout the course.
