內容

課程概述

本課程目的在學習當老闆如何看懂會計，課程內容以多面向的角度，教導同學成為老闆之後，應該如何善用會計，了解企業經營，並做出公司有利的決策，教材內容涵蓋六大主題：財務及會計概論、年度預算編製實務、基礎營運資金管理、基本財務報表分析、籌資管道及融資實務、租稅處理與報稅實務等內容。上課內容淺顯易懂，每章節均先導入基本觀念，並輔以案例實作，逐步引導同學在最短時間內掌握主題的重點，讓同學可以看懂財務數字，大展鴻圖輕鬆當老闆。

The purpose of this course is to learn how to use the accounting, understand the business, and make the company's favorable decision-making. The contents of this course covers the six major themes: Financial and accounting, annual budgeting practice, basic working capital management, basic financial statements analysis, financing channels and financing practices, tax treatment and tax returns and other content. Class content is easy to understand, each chapter are the first to introduce the basic concept, supplemented by case study, and gradually guide the students in the shortest possible time to master the theme of the focus, so that students can read the financial figures, ambitious as the boss.
