課程大綱

內容

課程概述

這個課程主要引導同學賞析台灣飲食與世界各民族文化的飲食特色,透過世界各國飲食文化的基礎教授,並觀賞相關主題影片與分組簡報,開拓同學對飲食文化的視野、提升飲食的樂趣進而珍惜飲食文化。

修完這一門課,學生希望能夠達到以下能力:

1.對世界各地區的飲食文化有基礎的概念

2.欣賞不同文化的飲食傳統

3.提升餐飲潮流的敏銳度

This course guides students to enhance the knowledge of Taiwanese and Cultural foods in the world by lecture teaching, video watching and project presentation.  Main purpose of this course is to broaden vision, raise interests and further appreciate cultural foods.

After finishing this course, students are required to

1.     Understand the basic knowledge of cultural foods.

2.     Appreciate the traditions and uniqueness of cuisines around the world.

3.     Stimulate the sensitiveness of ongoing food trends.
