課程概述 |
近來國際經濟整合加速,而全球餐旅產業之經營管理均有諸多潛在議題,例如:物價、房租不斷上漲,員工對福利的要求有增無減,環保意識的抬頭,員工流動率偏高,與忠誠顧客的關係不易建立,基層人力普遍缺乏等;隨著餐飲業的演變過程及其未來的多元發展,故針對相關趨勢加以評析,以其提升學習者批評與思考之能力。 To equip learner with global mindset and skills for deployment independently. To explicate learners with the diversity management, operational dilemmas, strategic choices in the international lodging and tourism industry; to establish learners with understanding of contemporary issues in the hospitality administration. To understand the appropriate cultural and world-system concepts. Initial attention surrounds globalization and organization change. Selected articles highlight scholars who support the process and who oppose it. |
