課程概述

傳統武藝的發展是多元化的，在歷代它不僅呈現在專業的武館或教學場合，同時它也落實在民眾的日常生活中。傳統武藝已逐漸消失在我們的日常生活中，但它以不同的面貌呈現在小說,電影及大眾媒體之內。課程中，配合以各種武藝的影像及經典為主，輔以大眾媒體的介紹，期能建立正確的傳統武藝觀念。

1. 經過閱讀及導覽相關媒體，以瞭解傳統武藝的內容及發展概況

2. 熟習台灣常見的傳統武藝及傳統名拳

3. 配合正確的國術知識以糾正對國術的誤區
