內容

課程概述

一、瞭解各種運動之規則及其精神。

二、能在各種運動競賽活動中，讓學生瞭解在遊戲規則下，如何使參與運動競賽者能在公平公正中參加比賽，並且能夠儘情發揮運動之技術。

三、瞭解各種運動之規則，且能在各種運動比賽中擔任裁判之任務。

四、從遊戲規則中擔任裁判之任務與執法進而養成守法之習慣。

五、培養團隊整體之觀念及促進相互間之和諧。

1.To understand the rules and the spirits of all kinds of sports.

2.Let the students can comprehend that in all kinds of sport competitions, when under the game rule, how to let the competion can participate fairly and honestly in the contest. Moreover, the competion can bring his sport skill to full pay as he could.

3.To understand the rules of all kinds of sport competitions, and could be serve as the umpire in each kind of contest.

4.To form the habit of abiding by the law during the period of searving as the umpire and enforceing against the game rule.

5.To train up the team concept and encourage the harmonious in the team

授課內容

本課程主要是透過錄影帶觀看運動比賽或參觀現場比賽的方法，讓學生以觀賞者的角度，從中學習各種運動的方法、規則及技戰術，是一門另類的體育運動學習課程，藉由本課程祈能培養學生鑒賞各項運動比賽的樂趣
