內容

課程概述

肌力及體能訓練的課題是目前一門科學顯學,運動表現的肌力及體能訓練專家除了需理解運動科學相關領域的基礎學科,例如生理解剖學、生物力學、心理學、營養學、免疫學等;實務應用上的動作指導與器材教學,更是一名欲入肌力及體能訓練學門的必備門檻。因此,如何透過科學化、週期系統化、各別差異化去設計肌力及體能訓練計畫,如何應用學科學原理應用在動作學習、測驗監控、乃至增益運動表現,其過程是相當繁複。本課程會透過基礎運動科學理論,進行檢測學生肌力訓練基礎動作與品質度;再透過動作檢測數據,編列肌力訓練動作矯正訓。最後監控學生肌力進步水平、教導學生應具備的基礎功能性肌力動作能力。完成本課程後的學生將能夠運用肌力及體能訓練知能,依運動訓練週期、相關原理原則,同時保持汲取最新的相關研究文獻,進行評估、規劃、執行個人或團隊運動員的年度肌力及體能訓練計畫與動作操作。

Strength training and conditioning produces a number of better results when conducted in according with scientific tenets of periodization. Periodization which is a scientific- based method for structuring short-and long-term strength training and conditioning plans gives a tangible goals for athletes and coaches. This course is grounded in scientific current researches on exercise physiology, psychology, biomechanics and sports training science. Periodization strength training and conditioning varies and quantifies the intensity and volume of training program to optimize body’s functional capacity for the best adapt to training demands. Periodization training ensures permanent recovery occur and results in optimal performance and less risk of injury to the athletes. After completing this course, the students will capture and learn not only the basic knowledge in academic fields, but also how to apply, program the plan, even conduct the strength movements are what you can earn. 

授課內容

一、教授基礎肌力及體能相關學科領域。

二、評估、監控與動作檢測。

三、討論目前增加運動表現的特殊訓練處方及課程。

四、編撰肌力及體能週期化訓練課表。

五、學習基礎功能性肌力動作(耐力、最大肌力、爆發力)及能量系統應用原則。
