課程概述 |
本課程目的在學習利用老化運動科學知識,因應於銀髮族運動之實務上。學習內容包含: 1.成人發展與老化定義 2.老化的生理問題與相關的系統 3.面對銀髮時期如何強健身體系統,預防疾病產生 4.銀髮族運動實務操作(類別與方法) The purpose of this course is to learn the knowledge of aging in sport science and practical training for senior citizen physical activity, which included the topics as following: 1. Definition of adult development and aging. 2. Process of aging physiological systems. 3. Disease prevention and strengthen physiological systems for senior citizen. 4. Practical training for senior citizen physical activity. |
