內容

課程概述

依據美國國家教育統計中心的定義，科學素養是人對於做決策、參與公民文化事務以及經濟生產時所需的科學知識與了解。因此，民眾具有基本科學素養，並能運用科學知識與國家發展息息相關。本課程為介紹傳播過程中所需要的基本科學與科技概念，並引導學生了解如何善用傳播工具。

Science literacy as defined by the U.S. National Center for Education Statistics is the knowledge and understanding of scientific concepts and processes required for personal decision making, participation in civic and cultural affairs, and economic productivity. Therefore, it is essential for the government to ensure its citizen have basic science literacy. It is an introduction course to present the basic science and technology theories and tools utilized in communication.
