內容

課程概述

本課程將介紹森林療癒的歷史、理論基礎、功效與方法。森林療癒對人體生理與心理的影響。開發森林資源應用於森林療癒。森林療癒的活動與基地類型。本課程將同時安排戶外課程，使學生親自體驗森林浴活動，瞭解森林的療癒效果。

This course will introduce the history, theory, efficacy and methods of forest therapy. Physiological and psychological effects of forest therapy on human health will be introduced. How should we develop of forest resources for forest therapy? The activity and base types of forest therapy will also be introduced. This course will also arrange outdoor courses, students personally experience the forest bath activities, to understand the healing effect of the forest.
