內容

課程概述

就業安全課程係以我國就業安全體系為主軸，介紹就業安全制度定義及意涵、就業安全制度相關理論及概念、我國就業安全相關法規及政策等面向，並探討勞動市場發展，引導同學思考就業安全應涵蓋的面向。其中特別透過就業安全主要三大主軸—就業服務、職業訓練、就業保險—相關法制說明，提供學生認識個人就業安全權益；並進一步探討國家就業安全體系積極投入的就業促進相關法規，鎖定青少年及中高齡等特定對象就業促進進行探討，幫助學生清楚未來進入職場可運用的國家資源。預期在學習完本課程後，學生能全面性認識我國就業安全體系，進一步培養自我職場優勢競爭力與優質人文社會科學素養。

The course Employment Security focuses on the employment security system in Taiwan, introducing the definition and meaning of the employment security system, relevant theories and concepts of the employment security system, regulations and policies related to the employment security system, etc. It also discusses the development of the labor market and guides the students to think about what employment security is. In particular, the three main axes of employment security, namely employment services, vocational training, and employment insurance, are explained to provide students with an understanding of personal employment security rights and interests. Further discussion on employment promotions for particular groups, especially youth and middle-aged and elderly people, helps students to understand what national resources are available for them when joining the labor market. After completing this course, students are expected to comprehensively understand the employment security system in Taiwan and further cultivate their own competitiveness in the workplace along with high-quality humanities and social science literacy.

授課內容

本課程將帶領學生學習就業安全制度，包括職業訓練、就業服務、就業保險等重要面向，並探討就業安全相關議題，如勞動市場現況、解僱保護政策、特定對象就業促進、職場性別平等、勞動派遣及新型態工作等等，同時將適度補充簡介主要國家就業安全制度與我國比較。透過教師講授及學生參與課堂討論，俾使修課學生理解就業安全專業知識及應用，提升學生個人未來投入勞動市場的相關權益認知。
