課程概述 |
這個課程主要引導同學賞析台灣與地方的飲食文化特色,透過台灣在地飲食文化的基礎教授,餐飲產業創新個案的討論,並分組簡報,開拓同學對在地飲食文化的認識、提升台灣飲食的多元理解,後接觸了解餐飲產業的創新,珍惜飲食文化和關懷社會。 This course mainly guides students to appreciate the characteristics of Taiwan and local food culture. Through basic teaching of Taiwan’s local food culture, discussion of innovative cases in the Food & Beverage industry, and group presentations, it expands students’ understanding of local food culture and enhances the understanding of Taiwan’s food. Diversified understanding, especially advanced exposure to innovations in the F&B industry, cherishing food culture and caring for society. |
