內容

課程概述

上學期課程主要介紹處理法律糾紛之不同管道，包含訴訟程序以及訴訟外之紛爭解決機制。由於日常生活法律問題，多涉及民事糾紛，故下學期課程將帶領同學認識各類常見民事法律案例。期望透過大量案例與議題的引介，引發同學對於日常生活之法律意識，進而養成分析與批判法律問題的習慣，取代以往使用素樸正義感的慣性判斷模式。

The previous semester's course primarily covered various legal dispute resolution, including litigation procedures and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. As everyday legal issues often involve civil disputes, the upcoming semester's course will guide students in understanding various common civil legal cases. Through the introduction of numerous cases and issues, the aim is to stimulate students' legal awareness in daily life, fostering the habit of analyzing and critiquing legal problems. This approach is intended to replace the habitual reliance on simplistic notions of justice with a more analytical judgment model.
