課程概述

你真的認識每天吃的食物嗎？本課程利用超級市場、傳統菜市場或水產市場中的食物為材料，認識我們日常生活中會接觸到的各式各樣生物，學習並了解：1.生物的基本結構與特徵，2.生物的自然生活史，3.育種與基因改造生物的源由與優缺點，4.糧食匱乏的隱憂與生物在自然環境中所面臨的危機，5.如何在日常的飲食消費中，達到永續餐桌與生物保育的目的。

We uses the food in supermarkets, traditional markets or seafood markets as materials to help students to know the various creatures in our daily life.  The lectures in this course will include: 1. the basic structures and characteristics of the organisms, 2. the life histories of the organisms, 3. the sources and advantages and disadvantages of selective breeding and genetically modified organisms, 4. worldwide food scarcity and biodiversity crisis, 5.the ways to achieve sustainable development in daily dining.
