課程概述 |
隨著科技的發展,新興商業模式應運而生,交易模式隨之改變,消費事件隨之擴大。我國自民國八十三年公布施行「消費者保護法」,作為保護消費者權益的依據。但除「消費者保護法」外,其他法令如民法、公平交易法、醫療法、食品安全管理法等皆與消費者保護有關,本課程將以消費者保護之相關法令為主軸,進而針對消費爭議處理機制加以說明,同時讓學生了解理論與實務的運用。 With the development of science and technology, emerging business model came into a new generation, the transaction model changes, consumer events will be expanded. In addition to the Consumers Protection Act, there are some other regulations which are related to consumers protection, such as Civil Law, Fair Trade Law, Medical Law, Food Safety Law, etc. This course aims to instruct students in a base concept of consumer’s rights protection and its issue in theory. This course is going to focus on the consumers protection related laws and furthermore on the consumers dispute resolution mechanism. Through this course, students also would learn and understand how to put it into practice. |
