課程概述

透過個案研究之學習方式，讓學生瞭解： 一、成本效益分析的理論基礎、執行步驟；二、市場價值評估法；三、替代市場價值評估法；四、假設市場價值評估法(權變評價法)；五、法規影響評估，六、成本效益分析的限制與未來。

To introduce concepts and practice of cost-benefit analysis to students. The goal of the course is to help students understand: Conceptual Foundations of Cost-Benefit Analysis, Basic Microeconomic Foundations of Cost-Benefit Analysis, Valuing Benefit and Costs in Primary Markets, Valuing Benefit and Costs in Secondary Markets, Discounting Benefits and Costs in Future Time Periods.
