課程概述

本課程設計利用全球化理論與研究實例來說明勞動者所面臨的全球化情境，並同時以台灣勞動市場為例，探討下列議題：

一．本地勞動者面對企業全球化需求的情境。

二．台灣勞動者做為全球化下的流動：移工、移民與生涯。

三．全球化下超越國家力量的安全與公平勞動條件。

This course is designed to illustrate the globalized situation that laborers faced by using globalization theory and research reports. And at the same time, the Taiwan labor market is taken as an example to discuss the following topics:

1. The situation of local workers when the enterprise facing the needs of globalization.

2. Taiwanese workers as a moving flow under globalization: migration, immigration and career.

3. The global security and fair working standards beyond the power of the state.

2. 學習者資料研讀心得報告。

3. 共同討論與教師評析。
