課程概述 |
本課程以立法背景與勞雇關係案例,講解我國勞動基準法(含施行細則)立法由來以及法規範之實務運作,藉以提供學習者對於勞動基準有基本認識。授課內容分二部分:一、國家制定勞動基準法之目的與法性質; 二、勞動基準法規範條文(法律用詞之定義; 勞動契約; 工資; 工作時間時、休息、休假; 童工、女工; 退休; 職業災害補償; 技術生; 工作規則; 監督與檢查; 罰則; 附則等)。 For providing the learner with a basic understanding of the Labor Standards Act, this course explains the articles of Labor Standards Act (including the rules of implementation) through the cases of employment relations and legislative history of the law. The contents of teaching are divided into two parts: First, the purpose of the state to develop labor standards and the nature of law; Second, the Labor Standards Act provision (The definition of legal terms ; wage; working hours and rest, leave ; child worker and female worker; retirement; compensation for occupational accidents, apprentices, work rules; supervision and inspection; penal provision. |
