內容

課程概述

人事行政概要係探討公部門組織之人事行政與人力資源管理、人事法規與制度建立、人事機構及體制之類型等內容。另以公務人員初等考試、普通考試為主要標的，講授國家考試試題方向、內容與應答技巧演練。

The Introduction to Personnel Administration explores the personnel administration and human resources management of public sector organizations, the establishment of personnel regulations and systems, the types and formation of personnel organizations and systems. In addition, the course will help for preparing the public service personnel primary examination or general examination as the main aim, then teaching students to exercise the National examination questions, content and skills.

主要介紹人事行政學理、現行考銓制度，並融入人力資源管理的觀點，針對當前國家發展與人力資源開發的需要，加以探討。課程亦加入考試實務與演練內容，幫助學生準備國家考試入門。
