課程大綱

內容

課程概述

本課程的目的在利用對時事與案例的觀察討論，分析並評論重要的領導案例，從領導者多元層面探討領導者所應該具備及培養的領導能力，俾使學生能創造出一套適合自己的領導理論，透過理解世界的趨勢以及組織中常見的問題，訓練學生批判性思考，進而能帶動組織進行轉型。本課程的內涵在培養學生對於問題判斷的能力、危機處理的能力，實踐技巧的能力，以及提出願景的能力。

This course aims to analyze and comment important cases of leadership by reviewing current news and cases. Via multi-dimensional lens of leaders could the students develop a leadership of their own. Through the understanding on world trend and common problems in the organizations, the course would train students’ critical thinking in order to facilitate organization transition. This course will in the end develop the students’ ability in evaluating problems, managing crises, practicing skills, and delivering visions.
